Saltbox provides membership plans for different growth stages, from the Starting Shipper plan for new businesses to the Pro Shipper plan with dedicated warehouse suites and advanced logistics support for growing brands. This scalable approach ensures you have the space and resources needed at every stage of growth.

How does Saltbox’s community environment benefit small businesses?

What services are available to Saltbox members?

Saltbox offers a wide range of services to members, including but not limited to:

  • Concierge services (included): Inventory and package receiving (first 15 minutes), mail receiving, and a professional mailing address.
  • In-suite pick and pack: Weʼll ship your direct-to-consumer orders from your warehouse suite. Pricing starts at $3 per order, with supplies and shipping costs being additional.
  • Special projects: For $45 per hour, you can choose from an a-la-carte list of tasks performed by our eForce team, such as FBA prep, wholesale order fulfillment, kitting and bundling, product assembly, quality inspection, and  inventory cycle counts.
Does Saltbox offer order fulfillment services?

Saltbox is the perfect destination for ecommerce businesses looking for help with fulfillment. As opposed to the typical 3PL or warehouse model, you can keep your eyes on your operations and come and go from your warehouse suite as you wish.

We offer in-suite pick and pack services starting at $3 per order for direct-to-consumer order fulfillment. All orders are shipped using our Parsel software to get members the best rates and unlock new and emerging carriers in select cities.
